Terms and conditions

What we provide

A service putting private sellers in touch with vehicle professionals verified on the trade register. We are neither an agent nor a broker, we do not buy, do not resell, and take no commission on any sale.

For sellers

• The service is free. A seller never pays anything, at any point.
• Your name, phone number and address are never public. They reach a single professional, the one who pays to unlock them.
• You may refuse every offer. Nothing is ever awarded automatically, whatever the selling method chosen.
• You undertake to describe your vehicle accurately. A description that hides a known defect engages your own liability towards the buyer.
• You may withdraw your listing at any time from your account.

For professionals

• Access requires a company number verified against the official register. We carry out that check by hand and may refuse an application.
• Unlocking a contact costs between €39 and €149 including VAT, depending on the vehicle. The exact amount is shown before payment.
• Unlocking gives 48 hours during which no other professional obtains those details.
• Contact details are strictly reserved for this transaction. Reselling, transferring or using them for canvassing is forbidden and terminates the account.
• As a business purchase, no right of withdrawal applies. If the details turn out to be unusable, the unlock is refunded — the procedure is on the dealer page.

What we do not guarantee

We never own the vehicles listed here, and we never inspect them. The seller's description is their own. Any warranty, whether legal or commercial, is owed by the seller — not by us.

We check that a professional is registered. We do not vouch for the quality of their work, nor for the outcome of a transaction.

Removing a listing

We may remove any listing that is misleading, unlawful, duplicated, or that concerns a vehicle its author does not own — without notice and without compensation.

Disputes

French law applies. Before going to court, a consumer may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer ombudsman.
