What we collect, why, who receives it, and how long we keep it. Every duration below matches a real deletion job in our code.
If you sell a car
We collect your first and last name, phone number, postal address, sometimes an email address, and the details of your vehicle.
Your name, phone number and address are never shown to anyone browsing the site. They are transmitted to a single professional — the one who pays to unlock your listing — who then has 48 hours of exclusivity. No other professional receives them.
Legal basis: performance of the service you asked for (GDPR art. 6.1.b), and your consent for the phone call.
How long we keep it

Who else receives data
- Vercel — hosts the site. Technical logs, including IP addresses.
- Neon — hosts the database, in the European Union (Frankfurt).
- Resend — sends our emails.
- The INSEE register — checks the company number of professionals. No personal data of sellers is sent there.
If you ask for a cash buyback quote, your request is transmitted to our buyback partner, who contacts you directly. You are told before you submit it.
We never sell your data. There is no advertising network on this site, and no tracker.
Cookies
We use one cookie: the one that keeps you signed in. It is strictly necessary to the service, which is why this site shows you no consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.
Your favourites are stored in your own browser, and never reach us.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, its correction, its deletion, or object to its processing. Write to us and we answer within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority. cnil.fr
